Site Requirements
Flat/dry surface for setup
Close loading/unloading area to the setup location
Please advise if there are any stairs/narrow walkways/steep incline as this may/might IMPEDE setup
For evening events lighting is required
6'x6' area for setup
Shaded areas are best as direct sunlight can melt toppings
Additional Details
We deliver and setup prior to your event start time.
Uniformed staff arrive 45 minutes prior to your service time.
Service time can vary depending on the number of guests.
For events more than 15 miles from zip code 92843, or when a delivery is scheduled during a peak time, a travel fee may apply.
We are fully insured, and a COI can be provided upon request. We will need a written description that includes the property name, address and the names necessary.
Please allow a 2-week turn around time for COI information.
Booking
We prefer you book with us at least 1-month in advance, but we try to accommodate last-minute requests.
Booking requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this deposit is applied to your total balance which is due two weeks before your event.
